Classes
Ages five through adult
Our Little Dragons are ages 5 through 11. They learn the basics of attention, self-defense, break falls, stances, punches and kicks through difference activities (such as games, obstacle courses and structured classes).

Junior and Youth are ages 12 through 19. At this level, they learn more advanced self-defense, forms, weapons forms, break falls, stances and strikes through fun, structured classes designed to increase cardio and endurance for better overall fitness and mental health.

The Adult program is ages 20+. In this class we offer the basics right through to black belt (per students' individual levels). These include advanced self-defense, forms, weapons forms, break falls, stances and strikes.
Furthermore, we place a focus on cardio, endurance, physical and mental fitness and fortitude, stress relief through some meditation / mindfulness as well as higher level sparring and some basic street defense knowledge.

*All levels / ages include some basic, non-contact tournament sparring and mindfulness techniques.
